What are the signs made of?

Our LED neon signs are made of acrylic boards and LED strip lights, which make them more durable and sustainable than traditional glass neon signs. 

What comes with the sign?

The standard sign comes with a 12V AC adapter, a remote and hanging kit.

The remote allows you to control the lights brightness, turn the lights on and off, make it flash, pulse and flicker. 

All our neon signs come with pre-drilled holes, screws and a hanging kit and can be wall mounted.

What is the length of the cable?

The length of the cable is between 1-2 meters long.

What happens after I place my order?

1. Select your favourite design from our catalogue and pay online through our website or request a custom design by emailing info@neonpunk.co.uk with your drawings and ideas to receive a no obligation (free!!) quote
2. Once the design is finalised, we shall supply you with the final artwork and invoice, payment can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer
3. The production of your LED neon sign will begin once payment is received and takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
4. Once the sign is ready, we will send you a tracking number and your order will be dispatched to your home directly via our premium courier partners

Can you transform anything into a sign?

We can transfer almost anything into a sign, however sometimes adjustments are needed in order to provide a high-quality product. If your logo uses serif font, we will modify the design into a non-serif font. If your design has bold letters or filled in areas, they will be outlined with strip lights. These changes are inevitable due to the thickness of the strips.

How do I place an order of a custom sign?

Does the sign come with a warranty?

All products come with a 12 Month warranty that covers electrical components when used appropriately. Please be aware that Indoor Signs are not suitable for use outdoors or anywhere they might get wet. Inappropriate use will void the warranty. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Neon Punk and the purchaser.

Can you fix my sign if it stops working properly?

If an item is suspected of being faulty within 12 months from the date of purchase, please contact our technical team at info@neonpunk.co.uk, so that they may assist you with the next steps to take regarding the fault and if necessary, the replacement of your product.
