As each item we create is bespoke and made to order, we cannot offer refunds for any purchases. Before placing your order, please ensure that all details and specifications are correct.
Exceptions
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
For items under warranty, please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that an item has been improperly used or damaged by the customer.
