Processing Time 

Once you've placed an order, we aim to process and ship it within 2-3 weeks upon receipt of full payment. If you require a delivery sooner, then please send an email to info@neonpunk.co.uk and we will confirm if the desired delivery date can be achieved.

UK Domestic Shipping

We currently offer free shipping via next day delivery services on all UK domestic orders. 

Shipping to Northern Ireland and UK outlying areas may be subject to further charges

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to all destinations. International shipping fee will be quoted upon request

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may be applied to your package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Errors or Damages

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of order. We hold no responsibility for any delays or missed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details. Should you need to make any changes to your delivery, please email us at info@neonpunk.co.uk quoting your order number along with the information you would like to change.

We hold no responsibility for any unforeseen carrier delays which are beyond our control.
